ELECTRICITY USE OF PEAK LOADING PERIOD AVOIDANCE AND ITS ELECTRICITY - SAVING IN REFRACTORY INDUSTRY

摘要 介绍了用户按负载变化规律将大容量用电设备躲过电力系统高峰负载而在低谷区运行的意义,耐火行业用电躲峰的可能性,躲峰节电的原理及其应用举例。合钢耐火材料厂将高峰期中的制料车间大球磨系统和帽口车间的电炉系统躲峰生产表明,全年节约的电量为23547.74kWh,占全年总用电量的1.2%左右。 The significance of using high powered equipments during valley loading period of power grid according to loading change pattern, possibility of electricity use of peak loading avoidance in refractory industry, and principle and practical examples of electricity - saving of peak loading avoidance are introduced in this paper. The production practice of using big ball grinder at the raw stock shop and electric furnace system at the casting head shop during the period of peak loading avoidance shows that the annual electricity - saving is 23. 54774MWh which accounts for about 1. 2 per cent of the yearly total electricity consumption.
