摘要
一粗铅脱铜反射炉排烟温度一般在800~1000℃,对其余热采取了二级利用,一级利用采用筒式金属辐射换热器预热助燃空气供重油烧嘴使用,二级利用采用余热锅炉生产蒸汽,结果使炉子热效率由13.3%提高到37.2%,年节约标煤1500多吨,节约价值50余万元。
Waste heat of lead bullion decopper flame furnace whose exhaust fume temperature is generally up to 800~1000℃ is recovered through two tandem heat exchanger. The cylindrical metallic radiation heat exchanger is used at the first stage to preheat combustion-supporting air for heavy oil jet and the exhaust heat boiler is used at the second stage to produce steam. The furnace heat efficiency is in-creasedfrom 13. 3% to 37. 2% insofar as 1. 5ktce costing 500, 000 yuan ( $ 86, 000) can be saved every year.
