摘要
为实现在“八五”期间把加热炉助燃空气的预热温度由现在的276℃提高到320~350℃,分析了加热炉烟气余热利用现状,阐述了要把加热炉烟气余热回收看作是一个系统工程,对换热器要选型正确与发展清灰技术,想方设法把换热器寿命提高到3~5年,有条件地在换热器后设置余热锅炉等认识。
To realize increasing combustion-supporting air preheat temperature of reheating furnaces to 320~350℃ from the present 276℃ during the eighth five -year plan period, this paper analyzes present situation of exhaust fume waste heat utilization of reheating furnaces, and clarifies that exhaust fume waste heat recovery should be regarded as a systematic engineering, heat exchanger type correctly chosen, its ash-cleaning techniques developed, heat exchanger service life lengthened to 3~5 years by all necessary methods and exhaust heat boiler installed behind heat exchanger if possible.
