摘要
介绍了常钢钢管车间斜底式加热炉、无水冷辊底式退火炉和缝式冲头炉,在节能技术改造中分别选用片状管、辐射、对流和喷流辐射等金属换热器两次回收烟气余热的使用情况及经济效益.从损坏换热器的分析中得知,经常突然停电是换热器损坏的主要原因,换热器关键部位选用耐热球铁材质,安装放风阀,停炉时供半小时冷风,喷流换热器内筒下端增设耐热混凝土保护圈及风管阀门加一下限位使其无法关死,是它们达到有效使用的措施。
Situation and economic benefit of applying fin-tube, radiation, convection, jet radiation and so forth metallic heat exchanger in technological reformations of slope hearth reheating furnace, roller -type annealing furnace without water cooling and slot puncheon furnace in steel pipe shop of Changzhou Iron and Steel Works are introduced in this paper . Broken heat exchanger analysis shows that frequent abrupt power cut is the main reason for heat exchanger damage. Effective measures such as heat-resisting ductile iron should be chosen as key part material, air escape valve installed, cold air supplied for half an hour before furnace shut down, refractory concrete protection ring installed under the internal cylinder in jet heat exchanger and a limit part installed in air pipe valve to prevent its complete close should be taken to ensure heat exchanger normal operation.
