铝电解生产过程应用微机的节电实践

ELECTRICITY-SAVING PRACTICE IN ALUMINIUM ELECTROLYSIS PRODUCTION PROCESS USING MICROCOMPUTER

摘要 冰晶石—氧化铝融盐电解生产原铝的交流电耗高达16000~18000kWh/t。本文介绍了在铝电解生产过程中,应用微机对阳极距进行自动调节的控制原理、组成控制系统的有关问题,以及所带来的节电效果。电解槽能量平衡测定表明,其电流效率由人工控制时82%提高到微机控制后的87.14%,相当于降低吨铝电耗842.96kWh。 Aluminium production alternative current consumption from cryolite and alumina fused-salt is up to 16 , 000~18, 000kWh/t. Anode distance automatic adjustment control principle using microcomputer, questions related to control system component and its electricity-saving results in aluminium electrolysis production are introduced in this paper. The energy balance measurement of electrolytic tank shows that current efficiency can be increased from 82% of manual control to 87. 14% of microcomputer control, which is equivalent to reducing electricity consumption 842. 96kWh per ton aluminium.
