荨麻疹伴过敏性休克45例回顾性分析

Urticaria Complicated with Allergic Shock—A Retrospective Analysis of 45 Cases

目的 探讨荨麻疹伴过敏性休克的病因及抢救措施。方法 回顾性分析 4 5例荨麻疹伴过敏性休克病例。结果 ①病因 :以药物为主 (31例占 6 8 89% ) ,感染其次 (8例占 17 78% ) ;②潜伏期 :绝大多数 (36例占80 0 0 % )小于 2h ;③抢救措施 :采用肾上腺素、糖皮质类固醇激素及病因治疗等综合治疗后 ,4 5例患者全部治愈。结论 感染和药物是非常重要的致病因素 ,应引起注意。

Objective To investigate the cause and rescue measure of urticaria accompanied with allergic shock. Methods 45 cases of urticaria accompanied with allergic shock were retrospectively studied. Results Etiology: 31 cases were induced by drug (68 89 %), while 8 cases by infection (17 78 %); Latent period: Less than 2 h in most cases (36 cases, 80 00 %); Salvage measure: 45 patients were treated with adrenalin, dexamethasone and etiological treatment and cured. Conclusion Infection and drugs are very important etiological factors for urticaria accompanied with allergic shock.
