摘要
对世界风电发展历程和趋势进行评述,提出我国今后风电发展的思路和设想。介绍国外鼓励风电的政策变化和成功的经验,对2020年风电占总电量12%的可能性进行讨论。就我国离网风电商业化和并网风电机组设备制造能力的形成、风电场发展现状和风电特许权示范项目的主要内容进行介绍。
The paper comments the course and trends of world's wind power generation, puts forward the thinking and tentative ideas of future wind power development in China; briefs the policy changes and successful experiences in encouraging wind power development abroad; carries out the discussions on the feasibility that wind power will account for 12% of total electricity generation by 2020; introduces the main contents of the commercialization of wind power isolated from power grid, the formation of manufacturing capability of wind power generating equipment connected to power grid, the present status of wind power farm development and franchise demonstration projects of wind power in China.
