Approach the pricing mechanism of power coal from going up of power coal price

自2002年起,电煤政府指导价放开,由于电煤市场体系下健全。电煤价格之争时常发生,最后需政府强制执行。本文从经济学方面探讨电煤价格的形成机制,分析政府管制和市场竞争条件下所形成的电煤价格,指出制度因素导致了电煤市场竞争不充分,只有让市场充分运作才能解决电力与煤炭行业的矛盾。

Since 2002, government lifted the control over the guiding price of power coal. Thanks to the unperfect market system of power coal, disputes on power coal price often occurred, finally government had to forcibly interfere in. This paper approaches the forming mechanism of power coal price from economics aspect, analyzes the price of power coal formed under the circumstance of government regulation and market competition, indicates that system factor leads to the insufficient market competition of power coal, the contradiction between power and coal industry can be settled, only when the market is fully operated.
