摘要
半焰式陶瓷燃烧器是指在其内煤气和空气大部分混合,而后由一个出口喷出的燃烧器.介绍了在不改变现有热风出口标高和原金属燃烧器管路及设备的条件下,由作者所寻求的一种高度较矮的半焰式陶瓷燃烧器的试验研究情况.通过冷态试验和工业生产试验表明,该陶瓷燃烧器适于在高架燃烧室的热风炉上使用.
Semi-flame ceramic burner is a device in which gas and air are mostly mixed in the burner and then ejected from an orifice. The experimental study of a chosen low semi-flame ceramic burner is introduced in the paper under the circumstances of not changing existing hot-blast vent height mark and metal burner pipe and equipment. The cold test and production test show that the ceramic burner is suitable for hot-blast stove with high support combustion chamber.
