摘要
建立了高炉过程数学模型,包括高炉内炉料分布、温度分布及煤气运动模型,以及以上述模拟为基础进一步建立起的高炉内软融带性态推断模型,后者可方便地推断高炉内软融带的整体形状及位置。高炉过程的数值解析及软融带推断形成了比较完整的炉内状况分析体系,在实际高炉生产中的应用表明,该体系具有很好的实用价值。
This paper presents a mathematical model which can simulate the burden distribution, burden and gas temperature distribution and gas flow distribution in the blast furnace. Based on this model,a prediction model is built which can foretell the shape and position of the cohesive zone in the blast furnace. The numerical simulation model and prediction model on the blast furnace form an integrated analysis system, which is applied to actual production blast furnace and proved to be of practical value.
