宝钢能耗水平及节能对策

ENERGY CONSUMPTION LEVEL AND ENERGY-SAVING COUNTER- MEASURES IN BAOSHAN GENERAL IRON & STEEL CO.

摘要 宝钢是我国目前典型的高炉—转炉型的现代化大型钢铁联合企业,其吨钢综合能耗国内领先,但与世界同类型企业一流能耗水平相比仍存在较大差距。在介绍了宝钢能耗概况之后,与日本新日铁君津厂能耗进行了分析对比,从生产结构、能源结构和工序能耗等方面找出具体因素,从而提出2000年以前宝钢节能目标和对策。 BGISC is a modern large-scale integrated iron and steel enterprise applying typical BF-converter flow in China, although its comprehensive energy consumption per ton of steel is advanced at home, more large difference exists still as compared with first-class energy consumption level of world same enterprises. After introducing energy consumption general situation of BGISC, this paper compares it with Kimitsu's energy consumption of Nippon Steel Corporation, and seeks out concrete factor from production structure, energy structure and process energy consumption and so on, as a consequence puts forward energy-saving target and measures of BGISC 2000 years ago.
