摘要
为了解维生素 K1 对妊娠晚期孕妇和新生儿凝血因子 (FIX)活性的影响 ,将 75例妊娠晚期孕妇随机分为两组。观察组 (33例 )肌肉注射维生素 K1 10 m g,1次 / d,连续 2~ 5次 ;对照组 (4 2例 )不注射维生素 K1 。应用国际通用的一期法检测两组孕妇外周血及其新生儿脐血凝血因子 活性 (FIX:C)。结果观察组及其新生儿脐血 FIX:C分别为 5 0 %~ 2 0 0 % (10 8.6 %± 2 2 .9% )和 2 0 %~ 14 9% (4 4 .9%± 12 .9% ) ,对照组孕妇外周血及其新生儿脐血 FIX:C分别为 4 7.7%~ 2 0 0 % (10 6 .1%± 2 1.8% )和 2 1.1%~ 85 .4 % (4 0 .2 %± 13.3% )。提示妊娠晚期注射维生素 K1 对孕妇外周血及其新生儿脐血中的 FIX:C水平无显著性影响。新生儿脐血中的 FIX:C仅占其母亲的 39.4 % ;对 FIX:C水平过低的新生儿常规补充维生素 K1 。
In order to investigate the effect of vitamin k on the activity of factor Ⅸ in the terminal pregnant women and umbilical cord blood 75 cases pregnant women were randomly grouped into injected group (vitamin K 110mg per day,2~5 times) and non injected group The activity of the FIX:C in the pregnant women and umbilical cord blood were detected by using the one stage The results showed that the concentrations of FIX:C in 33 cases of injection group and the umbilical cord blood were 50%~200%(108 6%±22 9%)and20%~149%(44 9%±12 9%),respectively The concentrations of FIX:C in 42 cases non injected group and the umbilical cord blood were 47 7%~200%(106 1%±21 8%)and 21 1%~85 4%(40 2%±13 3%),respectively There weren't significant difference in the concentrations of FIX:C between non injected group and injected group The concentrations of FIX:C in the umbilical cord blood was about 39 4% of the concentrations of FIX:C in the pregnant women In conclusion,the newborn with lower concentrations of FIX:C should be given vitamin K to prevent HDN
