四逆汤抗自由基保护应激老年小鼠心脏的研究 被引量:2

Protective Effects of Sini Decoction on Heart of Stressed Aged Mice

摘要 本工作以冷冻(4℃)和疲劳性运动(跑笼)为应激源,从自由基的角度探讨了四逆汤对应激老年小鼠心脏的保护作用。结果表明,四逆汤对应激老年小鼠心脏具有显著的保护作用,表现在:(1)削弱应激引起的自由基损伤性因素(OFR-MDA),(2)增强自由基防御机制(SOD),(3)改善心肌的血液灌流(NBF),克服了应激引起的心肌缺血。 rotective effects of Sini decoction on the heart of aged mice stressed by cold (4℃) and fatigue (treadmill) werestudied from the point of view of free radical. Results (x±SD) are as follows:1. Oxygen free radical concentration (OFR. hg11. mm) of myocardium: Stress group (n=8. SG) 12. 33±2. 36. Sini decoction group (n=8, SDG; stress plus Sini decoction) 8. 92±3. 11. Control group (n=8. CG) 8. 42±2.06. difference bettveen SG and SDG was significant P<0. 05.2. Myocardial nutritional blood flow (NBF. 86Rb uptake rate%) : SG1. 1±0.25. SDG 1. 44±0. 30. CG1. 59±0. 30. difference between SG and SDG was highly significant P<0. 01.3. Superoxide dismutaSe(SOD)activity of myocardium (u/100mg. MC): SG 90.3±6.5, SDG 99.7±6.7, CG102.9±8.2. there is a difference between SG and SDG P<0.05.4. Malondialdehyde(MDA) content of myocardium (nmol/100mg. MC): SG75.1±6.6. SDG 64.9±5.5,CG63.1±6.0. there is a highly significant between SG and SDG P<0.01.The above results indicate that Sini decoction has protective effects on the stressed aged mice. The effects are: 1.weakening stress-induCed free radical injury factors (OFR-MDA). 2. strengthening defence mechanism (SOD) againstfree radical. 3. overcoming stress-induced myocatdial ischemia by improving myocardial perfusion (increased NBF).
