复方云芝糖肽对裸鼠人鼻咽癌抗癌作用的研究

The Anticancerous Effects of PSP Compound onHuman Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Inoculated on Nude Mice

ＰＳＰ（Ｐｏｌｙｓａｃｃｈａｒｉｄｅ－ｐｅｐｔｉｄｅ）与日本产ＰＳＫ（Ｋｒｅｓｔｉｍ）是相类似的云芝糖肽。本研究证明复方云芝糖肽Ａ和复方云芝糖肽Ｂ均口服２．５ｇ／ｋｇ，连续２８天，对裸鼠人鼻咽癌有明显的抑制作用，其抑制率分别为７７．２％和６３．２％；在抑制肿瘤生长的剂量下未见体重和血液系统方面的变化；放射免疫法测定表明复方云芝糖肽不引起血浆中ｃＧＭＰ水平的改变，但引起血浆中ｃＡＭＰ水平的明显升高，其升高率分别为４２．６％和４９．３％，提示其抗癌机制可能通过环核苷酸而发挥作用。

AbstractPSP. a glycopeptide. is similar to PSP (Krestin) produced in Japan. In this peper the PSP compound anticancerousactivities against human nasopharyngeal carcinoma inoculated on nude mice were reported. Oral administration of PSPcompound A 2.5g/kg, PSP compound B 2. 5g/kg daily for 4 weeks. resulted in inhibition of tumor growth. The tumorinhibitory rate was 77.2% and 63.2 respeCtively. At the mean while there are no influence on blood system and bodyweights. The determination of radioimmunological method no showed no change of cGMP concentration in plasma, whilethe cAMP concentration was significantly increased in plasma. The antiotncerous mechanism of PSP compound wasconcerned in cAMP. The results of acute toxicity test showed that the toxicity of PSP compound was low.
