高炉开铁口机钻进速度的实验研究

Experimental study on the drilling speed of the blast furnace taphole drill

本文采用正交试验的方法,以开铁口机钻进速度为试验目标,对影响钻进速度的诸因素及其交互作用对钻进速度的影响作了较系统的研究,并给出了有关因素和钻进速度之间的关系式。在此基础上,还得出了一些具有普遍意义的结论。

The systematic study on the factors which affect the drilling speed and which have mutual action are made using the method of orthogonal experiment. The formula between the factors and the drilling speed is given. Some valuable comclusions are obtained on the basis of experiments.
