大鼠额前皮质的皮质-皮质传入纤维联系——CB-HRP及HRP法研究

THE CORTICO-CORTICAL AFFERENT CONNECTIONS OF THE PREFRON TAL CORTEX IN THE RAT

本实验用CB-HRP及HRP法研究了27只大鼠额前皮质的半球间和半球内的皮质-皮质传入纤维联系。观察结果如下:皮质中标记细胞主要见于梨状区,扣带区和岛叶无颗粒皮质,其次见于额叶、顶叶、枕叶、叶皮质和海马后区皮质。而且发现额前皮质不同部位的传入部位有区别,新皮质主要投射到额叶内侧面,中间皮质和旧皮质主要投射到岛叶无颗粒皮质前部,而古皮质只投射到额叶内侧面和眶回。另外,发现各区域内部存在固有纤维联系,各不同区域间也存在着往返纤维联系。

The cortico-cortical afferent connections of the prefrontal cortex were investigeted with the CB-IIRP/IIRP. The results observed were as follows: In the cerebral cortex, the most numerous positive IlRP neurons mainly appeared in the piriform region, the cingulate region and the agranular insular cortex. A small number of labeled cells were seen in the frontal, parietal, occipital, temporal cortices and the retro hippocampal cortex. Furthermore, the afferent originating areas of the different parts of the prefrontal cortex were different. The neocortex chiefly projected to the medial cortex, The meso and paliocortex main ly projected to the insular cortex, while archicortex only projected to the medial frontal cortex and the orbital gyrus. In addition there were intrinsic connections in the each area of the profrontal cortex. there were also reciprocal connections among various areas.
