摘要
本文研究了摄入黑色染料的240°GH-STN液晶器件的电光特性,探讨了作为Gest的染料浓度及作为Host的液晶分子的预倾角对电光效应的影响,分析了器件的多路驱动能力,并与无掺杂的240°—STN效应作了比较。
The electro-optical character of black dye dopea GH-STN which twist angle is 240°was studied. The effect of dye concentration and liquid crystal alignment' s pretilt angle on electro-optical effect was
analysed. It was compared with 240°STN display.
