摘要
氢可造型小鼠用蛇床子后在游泳、爬绳等体力方面均有明显提高，且可使造型小鼠的ＳＯＤ数值升高，Ｅ２／Ｔ比值降低。蛇床子可降低蛋黄乳液造型小鼠血清总胆固醇含量，提高环磷酰胺免疫抑制小鼠的吞噬功能及胸腺指数和脾指数；还可增加去势大鼠贮精囊重量。提示蛇床子在增强体力、降低血中胆固醇、提高免疫力、调节ＳＯＤ及性激素（Ｅ２／Ｔ）水平方面均有一定作用。
ffects of warming and reinforcing the kidney Yang of Cnidium monnieri were studied. Results showed that Cnid-ium monnieri could extend the time of swimming and rope-climbing of Hydrocortisone-injected mice. After using Cni-dium monnieri,the SOD value of Hydrocortisone-injected mice was increased from 59. 4±26. 52 to 190. 0±41. 16(p<0. 01 ) and E2/T value decreased from 0.215±0.154 to 0. 030±0. 030 (P<0. 01). In 75% yolkemulsion-inject-ed mice,Cnidium monnieri could decrease its cholesterol of blood serum from487. 5±25. 24 to 275. 0±13. 51 (P<0.01). Also Cnidium monnieri could enhance immune functions of Cuclophosphamide-induced immunosuppressedmice. Furthmore. after mate rats whose testicies were excised used Cnidium monnieri, the weights of their seminalvesicles were increased. The results indicated that Cnidium monnieri could build up strength. enhance immune functionsand adjust sex hormone level. So it is an important herb which can invigorate the kidney. strengthen Yang and delaythe process of aging.
