回咽灵抗菌、消炎和镇痛作用的研究

Studies on Anti--bacteria, Anti--inflammation and Analgesia of Kou Yan Ling,

口咽灵在体外对金黄色葡萄球菌、卡他球菌及乙型溶血性链球菌均有抑制作用。对小鼠巴豆油性耳壳肿胀、毛细血管通透性及大鼠白细胞游走，口咽灵亦有明显的抑制作用。口咽灵还能明显减少小鼠扭体反应次数和提高小鼠痛阈。表明口咽灵具有抑菌、消炎、镇痛作用。

ou Yan Ling inhibited the growth of Aureus Staphylococcus, catarthal Coccus and Sigmoid Hemolyticus Streptococcus in vitro and depressed swelling of ear in mice, capillary vascullar osmosis in mice and themigration of WBC in rats induced by Croton oil, Acetic acid and Garrageenin, respectively in vivo. No. ofwrithing mice was reduced and Pain threshold in mice was enhanced by Kou Yan Ling. The results indicatedthat Kou Yan Ling possessed the action of anti--bacteria. anti--inflammation and analgesia.
