摘要
动态观察了鱼肝油酸钠对豚鼠肝细胞的影响。结果表明,鱼肝油酸钠可使肝细胞发生凝固性坏死,坏死区周围均有相应的变化。提示,在应用鱼肝油酸钠时,应注意对正常肝细胞的不良影响。
The sequential effects of sodium morrhuate on guinea-pig hepatocytes were observed.The results demonstrated that sodium morrhuate could cause coagulation necrosis of guimea-pig hepatocyte and sequential pathological changes in the area around the necrosis.It is proposed that attention should be paid to the effects of sodium morrhuate to the normal hepatocytes while applying it.
