泰安市近亲婚配情况调查分析

INVESTIGATION ON CONSANGUINEOUS MARRIAGE IN TAIAN CITY

对泰安市农村6394对婚配进行调查,发现近亲婚配104对,近亲婚配率为1.627%,近亲婚配类型可分为五级8种类型,其中三级亲缘婚配最常见(占80.77%),平均近交系数为9.829×10^(-4)。与104对非近亲婚配作对照,结果表明:近亲婚配组生育异常情况及其后代子女的早亡率、遗传病的发生率比非近亲婚配组高4～7倍,两组相比差异显著(P<0.01),近亲婚配有明显的有害遗传效应。

6394 country married couples of Taian were investigated.It was found that 104 couples belonged to consanguineous marriage(1.627%);and that in Taian,consanguineous marriages could be divided into 5 degrees and 8 types.Of all the consanguineous marriages, marriages among third degree relatives were most common(80.77%),and the average inbreeding coefficient was 9.829×10^(-4).Compared with the 104 couples of nonconsanguineous marriages,it turned out that the abnormal fertility,premature death and mortidity of hereditary diseases of the children of consanguineous married couples were4—7 times bigger.There were obvious differences between the two groups(P<0.01),and thus consanguineous marriages had marked harmful heredity effect.
