综放采场顶煤变形运动规律研究 被引量:22

RESEARCR ON THE LAW OF TOP COAL DEFORMATION AND MOVEMENT ON A FULLY MECHANIZED LOWGWALL FACE WITH CAVING

摘要 本文根据现场观测、数值计算以及理论分析,详细阐述了放顶煤采场的顶煤变形运动规律,指出了顶煤变形运动可划分成四个区:顶煤变形区,压裂区,松动区和放落区。由此得出顶煤拱和半拱式放落规律。文章认为:放煤步距应小于或等于放煤口或尾梁长度的水平投影;一次放煤高度与控顶距和顶煤内摩擦角有关;支架受垂直压力和水平推力作用,垂直压力以顶煤和直接顶重力为主,水平推力可按松散介质侧压系数求得,由此导出了支架阻力计算公式。 The law of top coal movement on a fully mechanized longwall face with top coal caving wasanalysed thoroughly on the basis of field observation andfinite element calculation. It is pointed out that the topcoal movement area may be divided into four zones:deformed, fractured, loosened and caved zones, and thatthe caving of top coal always shows an arch or semi-archform. Thereby it is thought that the caving interval isoptimal when it is less than or equal to the horizontalprojection of the length of the drawing chute or the tailbeam; the caving height is related to the roof-controldistance and the internal friction angle of the top coal;the vertical pressure is mainly caused by the top coal andimmediate roof weight, and the horizontal thrust may becalculated from the lateral pressure of loose medium.Consequently, a formula for the rational resistance ofsupport was derived.
