On the New Euro-Asian Continental Bridge and the City of Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province

新亚欧大陆桥以连云港为东桥头堡,经陇海、兰新铁路连接中亚、欧洲各国,直达大西洋沿岸的鹿特丹等港口,综观陆桥逶迤延展,其横跨大陆、连接两大洋、贯通洲际的"大陆桥"运输将会引发一场国际经济贸易发展的全新革命,而这场革命将直接对促进位处"陆桥"东端的江苏连云港的贸易运输、国际经济合作和社会发展等产生重要的战略影响和作用。

The new Euro-Asian Continental Bridge, starting at the east from the City of Lianyungang, Jian-gsu Province, China and ending at the west in Rotterdam, Netherlands, runs across the Euro-Asian Continent and connects together two great oceans. The Continental Bridge transport marks a brand-new revolution in the development of international economy and trade. Consequently, the revolution will exert great influence upon the development of trade, transport, international economic cooperation and social development as a whole in the City of Lianyungang, the east terminal of the Continental Bridge.
