浅谈社会转型时期人力资源管理的创新

摘要 在社会转型时期,尤其是在知识经济时代到来之后,人们越来越清醒地认识到人力资源开发和管理在各项事业发展中的重要性。那么,面对社会的转型发展,人力资源管理必须实施创新工程,从管理者的管理理念、素质结构、运营模式等各个方面主动适应现代社会转型的要求,在不断改革、不断吸纳的实践中逐步探索管理创新的新模式、新机制。 With the coming of a new social transitional period, especially the era of knowledge economy, the human resources (HR) development and management has become ever-increasingly important in all business undertakings. It is held in this paper that, in the transitional period, innovations must be made on the management of HR, i. e. on the managerial staff's ideas, their qualities and the running model of business entities at large. Only in this way can they meet the new demands of society in the transitional period and formulate new managing mechanisms or models on the basis of reforming and improving themselves.
