气缸泄漏差压检测法的数学模型与方法

Mathematic Model and Method on Measuring Leakage of Pneumatic Cylinders by the Differential Pressure

提出了差压检测法检测气缸的内外泄漏。通过建立泄漏与压差之间的函数关系,可计算出不同规格气缸允许最大泄漏量所折合的最大允许压差,把泄漏量的检测转换成微压差的检测,使测试方法简化。同时提出了容积补偿法。

This paper provides the method on setting internal and external leakage of pneumatic cylinders through measuring the differential pressure. Established the function between leakage and differential pressure it is able to calculate maximum rated differential pressure from maximum rated leakage of variable pneumatic cylinders, which will simplify the measurment of leakage. The compensation of volume has also been presented in this paper.
