The education college faces teaching task of the elementary education reforming to teachers are requested adjust their own roles with position on time,at continuing educational training process,to increase teachers'teaching idea,and comntinuously to study and solve the new problems in training the model training contents, evaluation, further to stick into the effective demand of the primary and junior high school teaching,the demands of teacher education profession ,and to build up a media for elementary education reforming.
