全球化背景下武汉城市圈经济发展的思考

Thinking about Economic Development of the Wuhan Urban Agglomeration in the New Epoch of Globalization

以大城市为中心的城市圈域经济是当今世界经济发展的普遍趋势。在经济全球化的新形势下,城市圈域经济的发展与世界经济的宏观环境息息相通。本文在分析了世界经济一体化下区域经济发展的宏观环境条件的前提下,剖析了武汉城市圈经济发展的优势与劣势,并以此为基础提出了武汉城市圈的经济发展思路。

Centered on big cities, the economy of urban agglomeration stands for the general tendency of present global economy. In the process of economic globalization, it plays a vital role in macroscope environment of the world economy. This papaer, by analyzing the development environment tendency of the current world economy, discusses various advantages of the Wuhan urban agglomeration, including the solid foundation of heavy industry, favorable location, abundance of talents supply and as well as market access and then tap on the weak points of Wuhan involving include poor comprehensive economic capacity, low export-orientation of the economy, poor industrial structure and slow structural reforms. Finally, it points out strategies for further development of the Wuhan urban agglomeration coneerning with integrating and upgrading regional industries, enhance its economic capability, accept and carry out industrial transferring at the same time, vigorously promoting industrialization and second industrialization, connecting research academies with manufacture enterprises and establishing clusters of distinctive manufacture and the new medicine industry.
