摘要 随着计算机技术的发展,虚拟仪器技术正成为测试和控制领域的新工具.本文介绍了一个利用虚拟仪器技术,采用NI-PCI6024E数据采集卡、信号调理模块及PC机构成的柴油发动机测功系统.传感器输出的信号经过信号调理模块,被隔离、滤波、放大、线性化后,进入数据采集卡和PC机;另一方面,烟度计、油耗仪和流量计输出的信号,通过RS232C进入PC机.通过图形化语言LabVIEW的编程,用户界面直观的显示在显示器上,并可方便调试.系统应用在柴油发动机燃用柴油和16种植物油的稳态测功实验上,开发周期短且各参数测量误差与国家发动机试验标准对比,都满足要求. Virtual Instrumentation(VI) technology is becoming a new tool in measurement and control field as a result of rapid development of computer technology.An engine power test system with VI technology,composed of NI-PCI6024E Data Acquisition (DAQ) card,Signal Conditioning eXtensions for Instrumentation (SCXI) and Personal Computer(PC),was presented in this paper.Signals from sensors were transmitted to PCI6024E DAQ card and PC by SCXI,Where they were filtered,amplified,and linearized.Additionally,signals of smoke,fuel consuming and air flow reached PC through RS232C.The system software had been developed by LabVIEW,which offered user simple programming environment,friendly interface,flexible extension,and easy debugging platform.Finally,its application on evaluating the performance of diesel engine power using diesel fuel and 16 different vegetable oils in a limited time was introduced.Compared to national standard of engine test,all meter in the system were qualified.
