摘要
报道了CAN氧化长叶烯和莰烯的反应及其产物的分离鉴定工作,CAN氧化长叶烯不生成γ-内酯,而是生成E-ω-乙酰氧甲基长叶烯(产率55%)和E-ω-羧基长叶烯(产率27.6%)。CAN氧化莰烯生成γ-内酯,(产率23.5%)和E-ω-乙酰氧甲基莰烯(产率9.8%)。上述反应产物除羧酸外都是优良的香料化合物,为松节油和重质松节油的综合利用提供了一个新的途径。
This paper reports the oxidation of longifolene and camphene with CAN. CANoxidizes longifolene to give E-ω-carboxy methyl longifolene(3)(yield 55%)and E-ω-carboxylongifolene(4)(yield 27.6%)CAN oxidizes camphene to give γ-lacton(5)(yield 9.8%)andE-ω-acetoxymethy camphene(6)(yield 9.8%).Both compounds(3)and( 6)are fineperfumes which have been used. And compound(5)is also a light fragrance.This paperprovides a new way for the use of turpentine and heavy turpentine.
