The adjustment of the agricultural structure is a vital issue in booming the rural economy.Nowadays goverment should play a main role by setting up and perfectting a set of effective motivational mechanism which includes motivational principle,motivational pattern,motivator,motivational direction in the course of the adjustment.Only in this way,can the peasants be led to adjusting the structure and the rural economy and the income of peasants be impoved.
