对水环境研究的认识及展望

Cognition and prospect on water environmental research

目前我国经济社会面临相当严峻的水环境问题,迫切需要拓展和深入开展水环境的相关研究,为水环境保护决策提供科学依据。本文基于已有的水环境研究实践,对在新的经济社会发展时期开展水环境研究的目的、内容和方法,从认识的宏观尺度上进行了总结,并展望开展水环境研究的一些重点方向。

Cognition comes from practice,deepens in practice and directs practice in return.China is facing serious water environmental situation during its rapid development of economy and society.It is a urgent task to conduct corresponding studies on this issue extensively and thoroughly so as to provide scientific basis for policy-and-decision making on water environmental protection.Based on the previous research practices,the authors make a summation of the purpose,main contents and approaches of the water environmental research in the new ear of social and economic development in China on a macro point of view.Also,some major directions for future research are prospected.
