摘要
通过分析物业管理内涵的演变及我国物业管理的短暂发展历史,对我国当前物业管理产业的特点进行了归纳和总结,并在此基础上,运用迈克尔·波特的五种竞争力分析模型,对我国物业管理产业的未来发展趋势进行了预测。
After making an analysis on the connotation change of property management and the development history of Chinese property management,the paper summarizes the characteristics of Chinese property management at the present stage.Then,the development trend of Chinese property management is predicted based on the theory of 'Five competitive powers' advanced by Michael E.Porter.
