华池油田无机结垢预测软件开发及应用 被引量:1

摘要 对于注水开发油田而言,无机结垢已成为影响油田开采的主要问题。快速准确的预测油田结垢情况也成为油田开发的技术难题之一。本文应用Oddo-Tomson饱和指数法开发出油田无机结垢预测软件。并利用华池油田华152数据对软件进行验证。华池油田的实践证明,华池油田单井结垢多以CaCO3垢为主,但也发现了以CaSO4和BaSO4为主的混合垢。预测结果与现场检测结果基本一致,软件是可靠的。 To the water-injection oil field, scaling has been the main problem. To predict the scaling situation of an oil field fast and accurately is one of the technical problems in oil field development. This paper describes the Oddo-Tomson saturation index method is used to develop the software with which inorganic scaling can be predicted. We use Hua 152 block data in Huachi oil field to test the software. The fact shows that the main scaling material in a single well is CaCO3, and CaSO4 and BaS04 mixed scaling as well. The test result and the experimental data are in good accordance, so the software is reliable.
