摘要
本文着重阐述了改造变电站的微机保护和监控的硬件组成、硬件主要工作原理及特性、软件平台的选择、二次开发、软件的功能等。并对企业变电站的不停产改造思路进行了简单的介绍。
This paper focuses on the constituent hardware of computer controlling and monitoring,basic principles and features of these hardware,selection of software platform as well as further development of software functions.Introduction to nonstop rebuilding of old transformer substation is also included in this paper.
