On the Theoretic Guide to Exploiting Nonferrous Metal Mineral Resources in China

有色金属矿产资源是不可再生的有限资源,也是有色金属矿业企业的生存命脉。针对当前有色金属矿产资源总体态势与开发特点,全文着重从可持续发展理论、循环经济理论、区域经济理论、科学发展观等角度论述和解析了有色金属矿产资源开发应遵循的方针与原则,以期为有色金属矿业企业制定资源开发战略提供一定的理论指导。

Nonferrous metal mineral resources are limited and non-renewable resources, and the lifeblood of the nonferrous metal mining enterprises. In the light of the total situation and characteristics of exploiting nonferrous metals resources at present in China and from the angles of the theories of sustainable development, circular economy, region economy and the view of scientific development, this paper puts the emphases on the discussions and analyses on the guidelines and principles that should be followed in exploiting nonferrous metal mineral resources, aiming at providing theoretic some guidance for the nonferrous metal mining enterprises to set down the strategies of exploiting resources.
