晶闸管弧焊电源电脑控制器研制 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了一种由NCS-51系列单片机组成的晶闸管弧焊电源控制系统。针对ZX5-400型电源设计了控制软件,经动、静特性测试和焊接试验,证明其焊接电弧稳定、飞溅小、可靠性高、焊接适应性强、操作简便,深受焊工好评。 A controlling system by using NCS-51 single chip microcomputer for are welding power source made from crystal thyratron is introduced. With the aim of Z5S-400 type power source, a controlling software has been developed. It has been proved to possess good performances such as stable are, less spatter, high reliability, better welding flexibility, simplified operation and good honour to welders while inspections are carried out from dynamic and static tests as well as from practical welding demonstration.
