摘要
提出了一个适用于工厂现有流程的操作型优化新策略。该方法以最优化原则为依据,以装置的最大处理量为目标,寻求在一定操作条件下的最优面积序列。在数学模型的求解中,应用解耦法的思想,将模型方程按类别分组,用“双层法”迭代求解,内层循环为等面积的设计计算过程,外层循环依面积的差异校正处理量。计算过程稳定,容易收敛。通过对工厂实例的计算。按优化的方案进行流程改造,不仅装置的生产能力可显著提高,且能量单耗亦可有较大幅度的降低。
A new optimizing strategy is developed,It is suitable for an actual threeeffects evaporation process. The method can be used to search the optimum order of evaporatorsby taking the treatment quantities as objective function,The 'inside-out' algorithm is usedto solve the mathematical decoupled model by dividing model equations into groups.The inneriterative loop is a equal-area designing procedure,the outer loop is a corrective step. Theconvergence is very stable and fast.Based on the calculation of an actual industrial cXample,if a process is reformed following the strategy,not only the production capacity can beincreased,but also the s team needed be reduced.
