摘要
富含羟脯氨酸糖蛋白(HRGP)是高等植物细胞壁中的主要结构蛋白,宿主植物受到病原侵染时伴有HRGP增高。这种HRGP的积累同植物抗性之间具有相关性。HRGP的积累还与病原引起的过敏性反应有关。HRGP的诱导合成是发生在mRNA水平。来源于病原细胞壁和植物细胞壁的组分、乙稀、热击、机械损伤都可以诱导HRGP的产生,诱导专一性不强。
HRGPS(hydroproline─rich glycoprotein)are mainly structural proteinsfound in the cell walls of most advanced plants. These glycoproteins are assumed to play aimportant role in the structure of plant cell walls and therefore be important in disease resis-tance. The accumulation of HRGPS in host plant cell walls upon wounding and pathogen at-tack is relative to disease resistance of plants. Some experiments imply that hypersensitive re-action in some host─pathogen imteraction is also relative to tlie addition of HRGPS in plantcell walls. The induced svsthesis of HRGPs occurs on mRNA Ievel.Elicitor extracted frompathogen cell Walls and plant cell Walls ,as well as ethylene ,Hot─shock ,mechanical dam-age,could induce the accumulation of HRGPs.
