天子饮治疗偏头痛的临床研究

Therapeutic Effect of Tianzi Drink on Migraine

目的:观察天子饮治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:168例偏头痛患者分成天子饮组107例和太极液组 61例,分别口服天子饮和太极通天液。治疗前后评定临床疗效;检测颈静脉血中降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)和5 羟色胺(5 HT)的含量,并与健康志愿者(正常组)30例对照。结果:天子饮组总有效率和显效率均明显优于太极液 组(P<0.01及P<0.05)。治疗前CGRP天子饮组较正常组明显升高,5 HT则明显降低(均P<0.01);治疗后 CGRP明显降低,5 HT则明显升高(均P<0.05)。结论:天子饮不仅对偏头痛有良好的疗效,且能调节偏头痛患 者血中CGRP和5 HT等神经递质的合成与释放。

Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of Tianzi drink in the treatment of migraine. Methods: 168 patients were randomly divided into the Tianzi drink group (107 cases) and the Taiji solution group (61 cases) subject to the Tianzi drink or Taijitongtian solution respectively. Calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and serotonin (5-HT) levels from jugular vein (JV) were determined before and after treatment as well as compared with the normal group (30 cases). Results: The total effective rate and apparent effective rate in the Tianzi drink group were significantly higher than those in the Taiji solution group (P<0.01 and P<0.05). Level of CGRP before treatment was significantly higher in the Tianzi drink group than that in the normal group, while the 5-HT was significantly lower (P<0.01). Level of CGRP after treatment was apparently reduced in the Tianzi drink group, while the 5-HT was significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Tianzi drink not only has a better clinical therapeutic effect on migraine, but also can regulate the synthesis and release of CGRP and 5-HT from JV in migraine.
