摘要 目的:探讨高压氧对神经外科术后感染的治疗作用。方法:70例神经外科术后感染的患者随机分为 高压氧组和对照组各35例,对感染伤口均采用药物、清创及引流等治疗,高压氧组同时接受高压氧治疗。结果:随 访6个月后,高压氧组痊愈率为63%,总有效率94%,且无明显的并发症,明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:高压 氧治疗是一种安全有效的控制神经外科术后感染的辅助疗法。 Objective: To evaluate the hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) therapy for postoperative neurosurgical infections. Methods: Seventy patients with neurosurgical infections were randomly divided into HBO group (n=35) and control group (n=35). The treatment was almost the same except the HBO group was subjected to HBO treatment. Results: During a follow-up of 6 months, the recovery rate and total effective rate in HBO group was 63 % and 94 % respectively, significantly higher than in control group. No severe complication occurred. Results: HBO therapy can obviously control infection and improve outcome. It is a safe and effectively adjuvant therapy for postoperative neurosurgical infections.
