不明原因不孕症子宫内膜血管内皮生长因子的表达

Expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in endometrium of women with unexplained sterility

目的: 观察血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF) 在不明原因不孕症子宫内膜分泌期的表达。通过VEGF表达的检测和血中激素的测定, 观察不明原因不孕症患者子宫内膜VEGF的表达情况以及与体内激素之间的关系。方法: 应用免疫组织化学链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化酶连接法 (S-P法) 检测 12例不明原因不孕症 (病例组)、6例不明原因不孕症使用hCG (hCG组) 和 12例正常对象 (对照组) 3组研究对象分泌期子宫内膜VEGF的表达。3组研究对象分别在月经的第 3天测血中FSH、LH、E2、T、PRL, 分泌期测血中E2、P。结果: VEGF在分泌期子宫内膜的表达 3组差别有统计学意义P<0 01。病例组与对照组组间激素比较发现, 分泌期E2、P值差别有统计学意义P<0 01, 对照组的这两项激素高于病例组。病例组与hCG组组间激素比较, 分泌期E2、P和E2 /P的均数差异有统计学意义, 使用hCG组分泌期的E2、P高于病例组, E2 /P值则小于病例组, P值均小于 0 01。病例组、对照组VEGF与其月经周期第 3天FSH、LH、E2、T、PRL和分泌期E2、P、E2 /P值显示两组VEGF与不同时期各项激素值间的相关无统计学意义。结论: 不明原因不孕症的原因可能与VEGF有关。分泌期雌、孕激素水平低亦可能是不孕的原因。使用hCG对治疗不明原因不孕症有利。

Objective:By determining expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression and blood hormone levels to observe the VEGF expression in endometrium of women with unexplained sterility and its relation to in vivo hormone Methods:With immunohistochemical assay S-P method, the VEGF expressions in 12 cases of women with sterility for unexplained causes (cases group), 6 cases of women with unexplained sterility treated by hCG (hCG group) and 12 cases of normal objects (control group) were determined The levels of serum FSH, LH, E 2, T and PRL at the third day and the levels of serum E 2 and P in secretion phase during menstrual cycle were measured Results:There were significant differences in VEGF expressions among three groups ( P <0 01). The serum E 2 and P levels in secretion phase of control group were significantly higher than that of cases group ( P <0 01). The serum E 2 and P in hCG group were significantly higher than that of cases group, but E 2/P in hCG group were significantly lower than that in cases group (all P <0 01) VEGF in cases group and control group had not significant relationship with the above hormones value in different phase Conclusion:The unexplained sterility may be related to VEGF The lower levels of E 2 and P in secretion phase may be the causes for sterility Using hCG would be propitious to treatment of unexplained sterility
