摘要
狭义“教育”,作为从人类早期传承下来的影响学生成长的经验形式,是指对学生心灵良好 (善 )的影响。随着社会生活复杂化和对学生成长认识的深化,逐渐形成多方面影响学生成长的经验。其中除了“教学”以外,还有“训练”、“感化”、“学生行为管理”与“指导”等。惟在我国往往由于对这些不同的经验形式分辨不清而导致这些经验形式的误用。本文着重对这些经验形式加以辨析,阐明各种经验形式的特点和相互区别、各种经验形式的局限性和相互补充的必要。
Education in its narrow sense and as an age-old form of experience affecting students’ growing-up means exerting a good influence on students’ spirit. With the complicating of social life and the deepening of knowledge of students’ maturation, many forms of experience affecting students’ growing-up have been gradually developed. Besides “teaching”, there is “training”, “influence”, “management of students’ actions”, “direction”, etc. Only in our country are there many misuses of these types of experience because of people’s confusion of them. The purpose of this paper is to analyze these forms and reveal their characteristics, differences, respective limitations and the necessity of their mutual complement.
