摘要
大学教学应是以创造性教学为核心的素质教学。这就决定了大学教学测评必须突出强化问题意识,以问题为主导,坚持创造素质中心化、题目问题化、形式多样化、评判非权威化等基本原则。这样才能保证从情意因素和纯智力因素两方面有效地激发学生创新的意识、勇气和能力,实现大学教学的目标。
University teaching should be a kind of quality-oriented education with creative teaching as its kernel. This determines that students’ consciousness of problems should be strengthened and problems taken as the leading factor in check and evaluation of university teaching quality. It also requires that creativity be regarded as an essential part, examination questions be problems, test forms be various, and students answers not be judged by some authoritative standards. Only in this way can students be inspired intellectually and affectively so that their awareness of the need to create new knowledge will be enhanced and their courage and ability to create be developed, thus achieving the aim of university teaching.
