Deng Xiaoping systematically stated the international strategic thought as to China's peaceful rise: peace and development is the theme of the day of peaceful rise; China's peaceful rise's objective of struggle and strategy and tactics. The author puts forward a new theoretical reflections as to China's peaceful rise, i.e. the dialectical relationship between peace and rise, between peaceful rise and safeguarding the country's unity and between peacefu rise and “hide our capacity and bide our time”.
