This paper has analysed mainly the thinking of construction of the innovation system in the general area and its limitation, and through the positive research on the main factor influencing the innovation success of enterprises in Henan, sum up the composition key element of the innovation system in the area of Henan and evaluate important degree of every key element from it.;
