红外热成像技术在一段转化炉中的应用

摘要 介绍红外热像仪的检测原理,阐述红外热成像比起传统的接触式测温具有更多的优点。通过对塔西南泽普大化肥厂一段转化炉的炉管和炉子外壁进行红外定期监测,及时发现炉管及炉子外壁存在的问题。根据红外监测提供的温度数据,来测定炉管壁温的发展趋势;针对检测发现的问题,及时调整工艺指标,保证生产优质运行和降低维修成本。 Presents the inspecting principle of infrared thermo-imaging instrument, and expounds that it has more advantages than the conventional contact temperature detection.The Primary reformer tubes and its outer wall are periodically monitored by infrared, and the problems existed in the reformer tubes and its outer wall were found in time. According to the temperature records provided by infrared monitoring,the variation trend of the tube wall temperature can be detected,and process indexes are adjusted in time accordingly to solve the problem, ensuring optimal operation and low repair cost.
