摘要
通过近2年对尿素装置高负荷下运行数据的积累,以及一些相关设备的技术改造,解决了制约尿素装置稳定运行存在的瓶颈问题,制定科学的控制方法,增强装置的操作弹性,确保了装置安全稳定运行,大大降低了尿素的制造成本。
By the accumulation of the high load operating data of urea plant in the recent 2 years as well as the technical revamp of some relative equipment, the bottlenecking of urea plant stable operation was solved. Scientific control method was also set up to enhance the operating elasticity and ensure the safe and stable operation of the plant. The urea manufacturing cost was thus greatly reduced.
