摘要
尿素装置的吸收塔循环泵因环保问题改用国产CQB型磁力泵后,达到了完全无泄漏,满足了环保要求,但其轴承使用寿命短,并由此引发其他内件损坏,导致该泵运行周期短,备件更换频繁。对轴承容易损坏的原因进行分析,在轴承选材及安装尺寸上做了一些调整,改进后的轴承使用寿命在一年左右,保证了设备的长周期运行。
The circulating pump of urea absorber was replaced with domestic CQB magnetic pump for environment protection. Thus, the requirement for enviroment protection was satisfied, yet the life of the magnetic pump bearing was short, which further brought about the damage of other internals , resulting in a short period of operation and frequent replacement of spare parts. This paper analyzes the reasons for easy damage of the bearing, makes some adjustment on bearing material and installation size.The improved bearing has a life of about a year,ensuring long time operation of the e-quipment.
