摘要
分析宁夏石化分公司二化肥合成氨装置一段转化炉催化剂积炭的主要原因,认为水碳比偏低,局部管壁温度过高是一段炉催化剂积炭,使转化管3m区处逐渐出现花斑的根源,针对催化剂积炭原因提出处理对策。
Analyzes the main reasons for carbon deposition on the Primary reformer catalyst in the ammonia plant of Ningxia Co. It is regarded that the lower H2O/C ratio and overheating of partial tube wall is the reason for carbon deposition resulting in hot spots in the 3 m zone of the reformer tube.Countermeasures are proposed against carbon deposition.
