摘要
目的:以反相高效液相色谱测定保健食品中胶囊、口服液、片剂、保健茶等样品中葛根素的含量.方法:以 0.1% 磷酸水溶液+乙腈(92+8)为流动相,在Kromasil ODS柱(3.9 mm×150 mm,5 μm)流速 1.0 ml/min 时,239 nm 紫外波长下以峰高-峰面积进行测定,进样量 10 μl.结果:葛根素在 40~200 μg/ml 时,浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9995)加标回收率 92.1%~102.2%,最低检出限 2 μg/ml,最低检出浓度 0.1 mg/g,相对标准偏差(RSD)3.5%.结论:本方法简便、准确,可用于保健食品中胶囊、片剂、保健茶等样品类型中葛根素含量的测定.
Objective:Puerarin was quantitatively determined by reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography in healthy food. Methods: After being sonicated,the sample were separated on a Kromasil ODS column,with a mixture of 0.1% H 3PO 4-CH 3CNH-H 2O(92+8,volume ratio)as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min ,the detection wavelength was 239 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship in the range of 40~ 200 μg/ml ( r =0.9995).The rate of recovery was 92.1%~102.2% and the relative standard deviation was 3.5%( n =6).The detection limit was 0.1 mg/g. Conclusion: This method is simple,accurate and it could be used for detection of puerarin in healthy food.
